There are human beings that I love less than this sushi roll. It's a mouth-watering combination of steamed shrimp and shrimp tempura, avocado, cream cheese, spicy mayo, and eel sauce. I discovered this bite of perfection at Bento. It's absolute bliss every time I devour it! And it's pure torture that Bento is a Florida-only chain. But I manufacture it on other menus, then roll my eyes to the back of my skull with delight. It's on par with a really great first kiss at the end of an awesome date (said the romance writer. HA!) Is it the most audacious sushi roll you'll ever try? No. But yes, Marie Kondo, it does spark joy.
